Delivery Information
All items are weighed so when you place an item into your basket the weight is added to your order and the postal rate changes automatically. Postal charges are in weight bands charged by the Post Office up to a total weight of 2 kilos, weights begin with up to 100 grams and then are in 250 gram bands.
If your order is over 2 kilos you may need to place 2 separate orders. If we are able to combine those orders and still remain under the 2 kilo limit any excess shipping charges will be refunded to you.
We aim to post items within a day of receiving your order unless it is a weekend or public holiday. If there is a delay expected due to holidays you will receive this information on your order confirmation email, or personal email, which will include the estimated date for dispatch. If you then wish to cancel your order, please email and this will be done immediately.
UK Delivery
We only post items which weighing less than 2 kilos, all are posted via Royal Mail. You may chose 1st Class, 2nd Class or Next Day Guaranteed Delivery, (Monday - Friday) all of which are calculated by weight. 1st class mail usually reaches its destination within 2 working days. 2nd class mail usually reaches its destination within 5 working days If you are out at the time of delivery the post office will leave a card for you to collect from the post office. We will advise you if there will be a delay in dispatch.
Worldwide Delivery (outside the UK)
All orders are shipped using the Royal Mail TRACKED service.
Delivery usually takes between 7 - 14 days depending on the destination, however sometimes there can be delays with some parcels taking up to 28 days to some destinations.Your order may also be delayed in customs, so please be patient.
You will have received a dispatch confirmation email which includes a link and your tracking number. Once we have dispatched your order your shipping charges are not refundable if you decide not to accept the parcel and it is returned to us. You will be refunded for the goods once the parcel has been received by us.
