Low light, long shadows and blue skies add to the warmth of autumnal scenes, Terry loved the rich colours and structure of the trees which become visible once the summer leaves have blown away. This painting features a mill nestled amongst the trees with the still mill pond opposite.
Painted on cotton board this painting would be ideal  framed showing the existing edges of the painting.
