A booking becomes valid when the booking details and payment have been received and acknowledged.

Workshop amendments
If the workshop venue, times, date or content have to be amended you will be informed immediately and given the choice of remaining on the workshop, transferring to another or receiving a full refund.

Cancellation
If I have to cancel the advertised workshop you will be offered a full refund or an alternative workshop.
If you cancel a workshop, for whatever reason, inform us immediately and confirm this in writing. I will endeavour to fill your place. Should we fail to do this you will be responsible for the workshop fee.
Cancellation within two weeks of the workshop cannot be refunded.

In the instance that you transfer to any alternative workshop you must still abide by these terms and conditions.

Booking Terms and Conditions for UK residential workshops.

1. Booking. The workshop booking becomes valid when a signed booking form and appropriate deposit has been received and a confirmation letter of receipt has been sent to the participant.

2. Terms of payment for residential workshops. The balance of the full workshop price will be due for payment 6 weeks before the workshop commencement date. If the booking is made less than 8 weeks before the course commencement date the whole of the course price is due at the time of booking. If the balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and offer that place to another participant.

3. Cancellation by workshop guest. If you are compelled to cancel your workshop please notify us immediately in writing. We will endeavour to fill your space. If we are unable to fill that place then regrettably you will loose your deposit. Holiday insurance cover should cover you for this cancellation if you cancel for one of their qualifying reasons.
Cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to the workshop. Refunds for cancellation prior to this time will only be successful if the place is filled.

4. Cancellation by ourselves. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the workshop, you will be informed immediately and offered the choice of an alternative workshop or a full refund of all monies paid for the workshop.

5. Complaints. We do not own or operate the workshop accommodation, which it has booked on behalf of our guests. If there is any cause for complaint please inform your tutor immediately otherwise the matter cannot be fully investigated or resolved. It may also be too late to report it after the workshop.

6. Good faith. In no event shall your tutor be liable for any injury, death, or damage to property or consequential loss incurred in connection with the activities of the workshop. We give all information in good faith.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our product pages, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling
Shipping is just £2 to any UK destination for all orders under £15. For overseas orders we will charge £5.00 for Europe and £10.00 for US Canada and Australia. We will advise if any extra cost applies.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days . International orders are generally received in under 28 days.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our secure Internet banking.

Returns Policy
We accept any return for any reason within 28 days and will refund or replace the product. If a product is broken or damaged we pay the return postage, if you just don't like it, you pay the return postage. A full refund will be paid by the same method as we receive payment.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

How do I Order?

How Do I Pay?
We can only accept payment in UK pounds sterling, so the best method of payment is a credit or debit card.


How Much Will This Cost me in My Currency?
The cost of your purchase is calculated by your bank, in your currency on the day you purchase the items.
If you wish to obtain an estimate of the equivalent cost in your currency before you purchase, you could log on to www.xe.com – a website which we find very helpful for currency conversion guidelines.

How Soon Will I Receive The Goods?
In most instances, we will have the goods in stock and would make every effort to despatch the order within 48 hours of receipt. You should normally receive the goods within 10 days of placing your order. However, we will advise you if there will be a delay in despatch.
