Outdoor Painting in Stanton near Broadway

We will be painting in one of the most idylic villages. All of the properties are a warm Cotswold stone with quaint slate or thatched roofs. There are no white lines on the road so its like stepping back in time. The village has no shop, (although it does have a pub) so there are not many visitors wandering about to disturb us, unlike many Cotswolds Towns. Stanton is on the Cotswold Way so walkers may pass us on their way to the pub at the top of the hill, and we may have horses passing us, but no crowds. Its all very idylic and rural. Just what we need for a day painting outdoors.

Should you wish to stay overnight there are B&Bs in both Stanton and Broadway. (A list will be available after booking).

Broadway is just 4 miles away and has a number of wonderful Galleries as well as independant shops and eating places. You may wish to consider attending a painting day as part of a short break and spend a little more time exploring this wondeful area.
