Step 1 – with Burnt Sienna, lightly drag the brush over the surface of the dry paper, leaving a streaked effect. Allow to dry.   Step 2 – load the Wizard with Burnt Umber and Ultramarine. Lightly drag the brush over the surface, just allowing the tips of the brush to touch the paper. Paint in a downward motion and slightly wiggle the brush to create the wood grain effect.   Step 3 – add some knots and details with the Half Rigger to finish.
