Developed for Fiona Peart within my brush series this uniquely shaped brush is designed specifically for stroke work. Designed to act in the same way as Sable, but at a fraction of the price, it’s made primarily from squirrel hair with a small amount of synthetic water badger. The unique shaped head, helps produce fabulous strokes not quite so simple to do with a classic round shaped brush. The pyramid shaped head gives a directional driving or steering capability, so convenient for stroke work, particularly good for flowers, leaf shapes and water. The handle is high gloss black with a gold ferrule and purple tip. It's gorgeous and soft, perfect for stroke work. Designed for Watercolour but also suitable for Acrylics if the techniques used are fluid, always wash thoroughly after using Acrylics.
Additional Information Smaller size brush was designed after many requests from porcelain painters who wanted to create smaller delicate works.
