Description
This is a wonderful little tool designed to splatter tiny speckles of paint onto areas of your painting. It sprays the paint exactly where you need it unlike some other techniques where the paint splashes all over the place.
You can use it with Watercolour or Acrylics.
This technique is shown in my book Terry's Top Tips for Acrylic Artists.
